This means that authors maintain complete control over their intellectual property while granting UJAR a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute their work under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

What Authors Retain

By retaining copyright, authors have the following rights:

Website Posting: Authors can post their work on personal, institutional, or departmental websites.

License Grant to UJAR

By submitting their work to UJAR, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to:

Archive and preserve the work for long-term accessibility

Third-Party Content

Authors are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for any third-party content included in their manuscripts:

Figures and Tables: Permission must be obtained to reproduce figures, tables, or substantial portions of text from copyrighted sources.
Images and Photographs: Authors must have the right to use any images or photographs included in their work.
Data and Materials: Appropriate permissions must be obtained for using data or materials from other sources.
